ストームグラスとは、19世紀のヨーロッパで使われていた天気予測器具です。
かつての航海士や気象予報士は、
気候に反応して変化するグラス中の結晶を観察することで、
天候を予測するのに役立てていました。

天候によって変化する液体中の結晶は、ずっと眺めていられる美しさ。
草木のようなシルエットで固定されたかと思えば、
翌日は雪のようにハラハラと舞っていたり。
とても幻想的な雰囲気を演出してくれるのが魅力です。
