ツバメシリーズは新潟県燕( つばめ）市の老舗琺瑯メーカーで製作されました。

琺瑯（ホーロー）はガラス質の釉薬を焼付けたものです。金属の影響を受けにくい事で匂いがつきにくく,
味質が変わらない特性をもっていることから、本来の薫りと味覚を楽しむ事ができます。

また、この琺瑯製品は一般的なスチール製ではなく、ステンレス材を使用しております。ステンレスの錆にくい特徴を活かし錆止め剤を使用せず、直接琺瑯を塗布することが出来ることから薄くて軽い仕上がりになっています。
ステンレス材の琺瑯製品が世界でも珍しいのはその工法の難しさからきており、仕上がるまでには繊細かつ緻密さを要求されます。

琺瑯製品はひとつひとつが職人の手によって作られています。そのため仕上がりに若干の個体差がでるのも、ふたつとないものとしてみると味わい深いものとなります。
